1. Service Agreement

All installation services provided by SD Invisible Grills are subject to site inspection and confirmation before final execution. The final service details will depend on the measurements and conditions of the installation area.


2. Pricing and Payment

The quoted price is based on the measurements, materials, and requirements discussed with the customer.

• Payment may be required partially in advance or completed after installation as mutually agreed.
• Prices may vary if the actual site conditions differ from the initial discussion.


3. Installation Process

Our installation team will carry out the work professionally and safely.

Customers are requested to:

• Provide proper access to the installation area
• Ensure the space is ready for installation
• Cooperate with the installation team during the process


4. Material Quality

We use high-quality stainless steel wires, aluminium frames, and durable net materials for installation.

Proper usage, care, and maintenance of the installed grills or nets are the responsibility of the customer after installation.


5. Safety Responsibility

Our products are designed to improve safety for balconies, windows, and open spaces. However:

• Customers should not apply excessive force on the grills or nets
• The installed system should not be modified or tampered with
• Any structural damage caused by misuse will not be the responsibility of SD Invisible Grills


6. Warranty and Maintenance

Warranty (if applicable) covers manufacturing or installation defects only.

The following are not covered under warranty:

• Damage caused by misuse
• Accidental damage
• Natural disasters or external factors
• Unauthorized modifications


7. Delay or Rescheduling

Installation schedules may change due to:

• Weather conditions
• Site-related issues
• Unexpected technical or logistical circumstances

Customers will be informed in advance in case of any changes.


8. Cancellation Policy

If a customer wishes to cancel the service, it must be informed before the installation begins.

Advance payments may be partially or fully non-refundable depending on material preparation and work completed.
